SAP S/4HANA System Expert (Order-to-Cash) -

About You

In this professional role, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.

As the SAP S/4HANA System Expert (Order-to-Cash), you will serve as a key liaison between Business, Global Business Services (GBS), and Digital Technology Solutions (DTS), ensuring Order-to-Cash processes and supporting systems effectively meet business requirements.

You will play a vital role in driving SAP S/4HANA adoption, process standardisation, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving and supporting global transformation programmes, SAP S/4HANA deployments, and cross-regional process standardisation initiatives

Acting as the subject matter expert for Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit & Collections, Dispute Management, Rebates, and Condition Contract Management (CCM)

Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritise business requirements

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, controls, reporting, and customer experience through process and system enhancements

Supporting solution design, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives

Building strong partnerships with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Credit & Collections, Internal Controls, and technology teams to deliver sustainable business solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Qualifications

Significant experience across Order-to-Cash processes within SAP S/4HANA environments

Strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Management

Experience supporting SAP projects, ERP transformations, deployments, or system enhancement initiatives

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority

Fluent English
