JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you'll learn and apply proven best-practice casting methods, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and work hands-on to identify and solve process challenges that affect quality, yield, and rework.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop, maintain, and advance CPP quality systems, procedures, and practices.
* Conduct contract review of customer PO's.
* Review & interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and other special process/external specifications to support the Quality System & production of castings.
* Develop and document quality work procedures and processes.
* Work with CPP NDT Level III's personnel to ensure product compliance and review accept/scrap/rework rates.
* Oversees conformance and quality enforcement of casting manufacturing process.
* Routinely audit production lots for adherence to established techniques and to ensure the repeatability of the results.
* Manage resolution of non-conforming material/processes.
* Communicate with customers to resolve/address quality system concerns/inquires.
