Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team! Bring your technical expertise, attention to detail, and passion for craftsmanship to a company with a legacy of more than 100 years in aerospace manufacturing.

Here, your work goes beyond the machine.

You'll help produce high-quality aluminum and magnesium components that support commercial, regional, corporate, and military aircraft around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be at the center of our manufacturing operation, using your machining expertise to turn engineering specifications into high-quality finished components.


* Set Up for Success: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet exact specifications.


* Master the Details: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure every component meets requirements.


* Keep Quality on Target: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.


* Think on Your Feet: Monitor machine performance, recognize tool wear, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help keep production running smoothly.


* Deliver Consistency: Run production lots efficiently while maintaining strict quality and accuracy standards.


* Document Your Work: Complete production records, inspection results, and required quality documentation accurately.


* Be a Team Player: Collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals, solve problems, and maintain a steady workflow.
