Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation and financial performance of a High-Profile Tenant Headquarters and serves as the operational leader for the Harbor Point campus property management platform.

This position directs all aspects of property operations, budgeting, tenant relations, capital planning, lease administration and building services while ensuring exceptional service delivery to tenants and ownership.

The Senior Property Manager also establishes operational standards across the Harbor Point campus, provides guidance and oversight to property management personnel, coordinates campus-wide initiatives and drives continuous improvement throughout the portfolio.

This role serves as a strategic partner to ownership and Asset Management to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction while maintaining first-class operational performance.
