JOB SUMMARY

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Provide feedback & recommendations on program effectiveness.

• Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and third-party vendor if applicable.


* Provide technical support for the approval/ validation of changes/ improvements in supplier processes.


* Provide technical support for the resolution of component quality issues.


* Potentially coordinate RMI/CAD/BOM actives.


* Produce component cost comparisons and analyze alternative manufacturing methods for cost improvement projects (CIP'S).


* Sustain supply chain continuity by qualifying and validating process, method, equipment or component as per approval procedures.


* Manages ETQ database for assigned NC'S and CAPA'S completes actions by due dates and provides periodic updates to management.


* Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.


* Compliance with safety policies and procedures.


* Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
