Summary Assumes responsibility for customer retention and profitability in the new- and used-vehicle profit centers.
Fulfills responsibilities primarily through effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, established performance standards, and a keen awareness of each department's break-even data.
Qualifications State Sales License Valid Driver's License Clean DMV Education High School Diploma (Minimum) Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
Basic Technology Skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Mobile Device etc.).
