We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Relief Route Driver to support our route operations across the Portland Metro Area and Northern Oregon Coast.

What You'll Do & Succeed Here As a Relief Route Driver, you'll cover established routes when regular drivers are away, ensuring our customers continue receiving exceptional service.

You'll deliver products, stock micro markets and vending equipment, maintain inventory, and build positive relationships with customers while representing Evergreen Refreshments with professionalism.

Success in this role comes from being adaptable, dependable, and customer-focused.

You'll thrive if you enjoy working independently, learning new routes, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work.

We're Looking for Someone Who: Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordIs at least 21 years oldEnjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive teamHas a friendly, customer-first attitudeCan confidently navigate changing routes and customer locationsIs dependable, organized, and detail-orientedHas basic math and inventory tracking skillsEnjoys a fast-paced, active workdayCan safely lift up to 50 pounds throughout the dayAdapts quickly to changing schedules and business needsWants to build a long-term career with a growing company No Industry Experience?
