Job Summary We're hiring a Revenue Manager to own revenue accounting, billing integrity, commission and bonus management, and revenue reporting across our wealth management, tax, insurance and practice-services lines.

You will be our ASC 606 expert and keep the quote-to-cash process accurate from Salesforce through NetSuite.

You will also bring acquired firms onto our revenue and compensation processes and use AI and automation to scale the function as we grow.

What Success Looks Like in Year One Booking tables maintained to be able to reconcile with NetSuite and Salesforce on AR, Unbilled AR, Deferred Revenue, and Revenue.\Revenue close finished on a predictable timeline with clean reconciliations.Accurate, on-time commission and bonus payouts with few disputes, fully reconciled to revenue and payroll.Salesforce-to-NetSuite exceptions cut significantly through automation.A repeatable playbook for integrating the revenue and compensation plans of acquired firms.Reliable reporting on revenue per client and cross-service revenue.
