As a Senior Power BI & Data Automation Developer, you will play a critical role in designing scalable reporting platforms, automating business processes, and creating high-quality data products that empower teams across ERM and our client organizations.

What You'll Bring:

Required


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, GIS, Geography, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.


* 5+ years of experience delivering business intelligence, data engineering, analytics, or automation solutions.


* Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report development, and performance optimization.


* Strong SQL experience, including complex query development, database design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.


* Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, systems integration, and analytics.


* Hands-on experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines and automated data workflows.


* Experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.


* Understanding of relational databases, data quality controls, and data governance principles.


* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
