Wash bay Tech - 3rd shift

The Wash Bay Technician works at our facility in Henry, Tennessee and serves a critical role in protecting the health of our herd by cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting trucks, livestock trailers, and equipment.

Proper cleaning and biosecurity practices are essential to preventing the spread of disease throughout our operations.ScheduleThis is a 3rd shift position generally scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 PM until completion of assigned work, typically between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM.

Work schedules may fluctuate based on staffing levels and operational needs.Rate of PayThis position is compensated on a piece-rate basis, meaning employees are paid according to the number and type of equipment washed in accordance with the Wash Bay Piece Rate Pay Schedule.

Other non-worked compensation such as holiday, paid time off, and bereavement is paid at $15.86 per hour.

Essential Job Functions The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Wash, dry, and disinfect trucks, trailers, livestock equipment, and other assigned equipment according to company standards.

Clean livestock trailers and trucks to established specifications.

Install and remove plugs, fittings, and other equipment as needed.

Operate pressure washers and other powered cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Follow all biosecurity, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Promote and support the company's safety culture.

Work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Complete other duties as assigned.
