How You Will Make an Impact:


* Execute precision electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.


* Troubleshoot complex wiring, control systems, and power distribution components efficiently.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite to protect crew members and property.


* Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical details and ensure satisfaction.


* Perform specialized work on solar power systems and elevator controls as needed.


* Uphold strict safety guidelines including Fall Protection, lift usage, and OSHA standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Wisconsin.


* Comprehensive technical knowledge across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.


* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of positive customer interactions.


* High degree of self-motivation, honesty, dependability, and professional site cleanliness.


* Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician Certification from an accredited trade program.


* 2+ years experience with active journeyman license.


* Prior experience with solar energy systems or elevator electrical controls is a plus.
