ReGenesis Health Care, a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced Medical Coding Coordinator to help lead coding quality, compliance, provider education, and workflow improvement across our organization.

This position is ideal for a coding professional who enjoys analyzing complex coding issues, conducting audits, reducing denials, educating providers and staff, and identifying opportunities to improve reimbursement and documentation.

You'll collaborate with providers, Revenue Cycle, Billing, Compliance, and Clinical Operations to support accurate reimbursement while maintaining compliance with applicable coding and payer requirements.

Hybrid Remote Position This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site responsibilities in Spartanburg, South Carolina, including meetings, training, audits, or other business needs.

Candidates must be able to meet the position's on-site requirements when requested.

Compensation $21.00$26.75 per hour, based on experience, certification, education, and qualifications.
