Are you mechanically inclined and ready to turn your hands-on experience into a rewarding career? Principle Automotive is offering a structured training opportunity for individuals who have some automotive technical experience and want the mentorship, support, and time needed to grow.

As an Automotive Technician Trainee, you will work directly alongside an experienced technician who will provide hands-on instruction, guidance, and feedback.

During your initial training period of at least 90 days, you will not be expected to produce flag hours.

Your focus will be on learning proper repair procedures, strengthening your diagnostic abilities, developing efficient work habits, and building the confidence needed to succeed as a professional automotive technician.

This position may support any of our locations throughout the San Antonio area based on business needs and available training opportunities.
