Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support to various operational areasCollect and analyze data to evaluate operational areasCreate and update documents and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office software packagesHandle incoming customer and vendor phone callsTrack progress on special projectsCreate bill of materials in Vantage for new partsUpdate bill of material in Vantage form customer or internal process changesUpdate routersGenerate work instructionsAssist with inventory controlPurchase and track materials requestedCoordinate and expedite work to various internal departmentsCoordinate and communicate work in process and close out completed jobs Skills: Ability to follow established methods and proceduresUse of eyes for visual inspection purposesHand dexterityAbility to lift up to 35 poundsAbility to stand, sit, or move about the facility during scheduled work hoursWork as a team player and communicate work related issues as needed What You Bring: Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment.
