Resident Care Manager

The Resident Care Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of residentson our assisted living unit, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered careto residents on our assisted living unit.

This position serves as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers, and plays a critical role in coordinating admissions, managing clinical operations, andmaintainingregulatory compliance.

The Resident Care Manager may be a licensednurseorregisteredmedication aidequalified toactasamain support inthe absenceoftheHealthandWellnessDirectorsabsence.Administrative support for clinical leadership, and on-call or rotating support as a mainclinicalPOC or communication liaison during staffing constraints, holidays or other coverage support needed isrequired.
