💙 WE'LL HELP YOU BECOME A CNA

Through our CNA training opportunity, you'll receive the training and support you need to begin your healthcare career.

Rolling Hills Healthcare covers the cost of your CNA certification!

You'll complete CNA training along with 40 clinical hours at our sister facility, gaining hands-on experience caring for residents and learning alongside our healthcare team.

After successfully completing your written and skills exams, you'll become a Certified Nursing Assistant and may be eligible for a full-time CNA position with Rolling Hills Healthcare.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO

As a Nursing Assistant, you'll begin developing real-world caregiving skills while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Your responsibilities may include:


* Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and toileting


* Supporting mobility, transfers, lifting and repositioning


* Helping maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment


* Completing scheduled resident care


* Making regular rounds and responding to resident needs


* Learning how to recognize and report changes in a resident's condition


* Building the skills, confidence and experience needed to grow in healthcare

AND YOUR OPPORTUNITY DOESN'T STOP THERE

Once you're certified and working as a CNA, eligible nursing shifts receive additional shift differential pay:

Evening Shift | 2 PM-10 PM
+$1.00/hour above base wage

Night Shift | 10 PM-6 AM
+$2.00/hour above base wage

These differentials apply to nurses, CMAs and CNAs working eligible evening and night shifts.

Once you're part of our team, you can also earn money for helping us find other great employees through our Employee Referral Bonus Program:

Refer a Therapist, RN or LPN → $3,000
$250/month for 12 months

Refer a CNA or CMA → $2,000
$167/month for 12 months

Refer someone for another open position → $900
$75/month for 12 months

Referral bonuses are paid in equal monthly installments for 12 months as long as the referred employee remains employed, and the referred candidate must identify the referring employee on the application and during the interview.
