We are looking for compassionate, dedicated STNA to join our team this autumn and bring warmth, quality care, and positive energy to our residents every day.

What You'll Do


* Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility), answer call lights promptly, and ensure personal care needs are met with dignity.


* Warm & Welcoming Environment: Greet new admissions, help residents settle into their rooms, and cultivate a calm, cheerful atmosphere on your unit.


* Clinical Collaboration: Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), monitor food/fluid intake, observe skin condition, and report any changes in status immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.


* Safety & Standards: Maintain resident privacy (HIPAA), follow safety/infection control protocols, and safely operate authorized equipment.

Qualifications


* License: Current STNA license required.


* Skills: Strong communication, basic math, and problem-solving skills; CPR certification preferred.


* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, assist with resident transfers, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
