Job Description:

As part of the Business IT Team, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, focusing on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing and implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


* Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand the current state, collect and document business needs and objectives.

This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements.


* Data Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

This analysis helps in formulating actionable insights that drive decision-making.


* Solution Development: Propose and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.

This includes creating functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals to support implementation.


* Facilitating Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates.

This role is crucial for bridging the gap between non-technical and technical teams.


* Project Management: With the team's support, organize and manage resources to achieve the goals within the defined scope, plan, and budget; meeting the desired objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.


* Project Documentation: Developing comprehensive project documentation throughout the application / project lifecycle, including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, interfaces and status reports is essential for ensuring alignment among all project participants.


* Testing and Validation: Involved in overseeing testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
