The Global Planning Leader for Joint Reconstruction will lead the Global Planning function for the various platforms that make up this product category: Hips, Knees, Other Joints Reconstruction.

Together, these platforms within DePuy Synthes (DPS) drive annual sales of about $4B in annual sales.

The Leader is responsible for driving the Supply Planning Process globally with a strong Customer-First focus, ensuring that customer service objectives are being met while meeting cost and inventory cash flow targets for the platform.

The reports into the Vice President of Global Planning for DPS and partners closely with the Vice President of Joints Supply Chain to support the deliver of the End-to-End (E2E) Platform strategy and day-to-day execution of supply chain activities.

In order to deliver the objectives of the role, this leader is responsible for building a leading-edge planning capability for the Joints platform, in line with the Supply Chain Planning strategy for DPS.
