Position overview

The Benelux EP/NV Supply Chain Leader plays a critical role in driving customer-centric value creation across the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular (EP/NV) portfolio.

This role acts as the primary Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring seamless alignment between global supply chain strategy and local market execution in Benelux.

The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance, while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration across the full end-to-end supply chain.

Tasks & Responsibilities



* Lead the development and deployment of the Benelux end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering service excellence, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.


* Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support growth through reliable supply, product launches, deal enablement, and portfolio lifecycle management (PMR/LCM), including contribution to tender processes and customer negotiations.


* Own and drive customer service performance, acting as a key interface with customers, developing performance dashboards (OTIF, fill rate, lead times), and ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Lead cross-functional integration across Supply Chain, including Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Finance, ensuring effective translation of strategy into operational executio...
