Position overview

The MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland).

This role acts as a key Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial leadership, translating global strategy into effective regional execution.

The position is accountable for service, inventory, cost and cash performance across a ~$250M portfolio, while leading organizational capability development and enabling high performance across the cluster.

Tasks & Responsibilities


* Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and strong performance across service, cost, inventory, and cash.


* Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth through supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement, tender participation, and portfolio lifecycle management.


* Own customer service performance and customer experience, including tracking key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


* Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
