The Essentials Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per month, Variable schedule Monday-Saturday 9AM-7PMLocation: Fairlawn, OHSpecialty: Inpatient, Transportation What You'll Do Transport patients safely throughout the hospital, including nursing units, diagnostic areas, physician offices, and other care locations.Assist with patient transfers, discharges, and movement between beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers.Create a welcoming and supportive experience for patients and families through compassionate, customer-focused service.Provide non-medical assistance and general information to patients and visitors, including wayfinding and transportation support.Monitor assigned patients while performing sitter duties, maintaining continuous observation as directed.

What We're Looking For Education: High School diploma or GED required.Experience: Previous healthcare, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, perform basic math functions, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Certifications: BLS certification required within six (6) months of hire.
