📍 Oak River Rehab Center | 3300 Franklin St, Anderson, CA 96007
🕒 Friday - Sunday (3 days) x 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)

AM Shift and NOC Shift available
💵 $27-$37/hr (DOE)

At Oak River Rehab Center, we're seeking a passionate and reliable Full-Time LVN to bring heart, skill, and positivity to our residents and our close-knit care team.

* Keep detailed documentation and ensure quality care plans

* Active California LVN license and in good standing

* Previous SNF or rehab experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
