GENERALPURPOSE OF JOB Manage topics such as Employee Relations, Investigations, FMLA, ADA, Unemployment & 401(k).

Provide general HR support to all Woodloch entities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a functional resource for employees, ensuring their understanding and compliance with HR policies and regulations.Ensure Woodloch is compliant with all employment laws.

Stay up to date with compliance laws and implement changes as necessary.Manage unemployment for Woodloch.

Provide timely responses to all unemployment claims and serve as the representative at unemployment hearings.Perform special projects as needed (i.e., implementation of policies and procedures, training in various programs.Ensure successful roll-out and completion of performance management processes for the employee population.

This includes educating employees and managers on goal setting, individual development plans, and mid-year and year-end reviews.Identify and implement training solutions for all departments within Woodloch.Conduct new manager orientation for both newly hired managers and employees promoted within to manager roles.Lead investigations and provide mentorship to managers and supervisors on disciplinary recommendations.Support managers in providing continuous performance feedback to employees.Visit departments regularly to build employee relations, which includes building HR roadshows to present during all employee meetings.Process and adhere to guidelines as set forth by FMLA & ADA.Run reports to determine if the employee is eligible for FMLA and/or ADA.Internally manage all leave of absences under FMLA/ADA.Communicate regularly with the employee, the employees manager and the Benefits Manager.Other duties may be assigned by HR Director.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires no supervisory responsibilities.
