If you're thinking "Yes, Yes, Yes" then this may be the job for you! We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented Maintenance Tech to help service our portfolio of vacation rental properties.

In this role, you will work with our team to regularly service hot tubs and BBQs, address landscaping, and address maintenance issues to ensure homes are beautiful and in great working condition for our owners and guests.

You will move from home to home based on pre-assigned tasks.

Everyday will be unique! You will communicate via a shared software when tasks are complete and pass on large maintenance repairs to our Property Manager for scheduling with certified contractors (for jobs that require plumbing or electrical, etc).

As a vacation rental management company, consistent and accurate communication is at the center of our success, so your job really matters.
