What Youll Do: Customer Service Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking and safe deposit needs.Handle inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.Promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff when needed.Identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions or promotions.

Transaction Processing Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.Balance your cash drawer daily and follow all compliance protocols.Handle cash and checks with care and precision.

Security & Compliance Follow all bank procedures to protect customer data and prevent fraud.Stay informed on regulatory requirements such as AML, KYC, Reg CC, CTRs, and SARs.Maintain confidentiality and verify customer identity consistently and thoroughly.

Team Support & Operations Support your team by stepping in wherever help is needed.Follow all opening/closing procedures and dual control guidelines.Maintain accurate records and contribute to a secure and efficient environment.Partner across departments to support strategic goals, reduce risk, and enhance customer satisfaction.
