We are currently seeking a Management Analyst II who is ready to join our MSC team.

This position is primarily located in Norfolk, VA with hybrid work schedule at our corporate office in Chesapeake, VA.

The estimated salary range for this role is $72,000$82,000 per year.

Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location.

Responsibilities: Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring and control of multiple projects.

Provides management support to all aspects of a project including scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables.

Facilitates team coordination across multiple projects to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.

Three years of relevant experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency with IT program management principles (understanding of PMI structure preferred).

Experience with MS Office Suite with a strong background with MS Excel.

DOD/DON Experience.

Education and Minimum General Experience: High School Diploma/GED: 7 years of experience Associates Degree: 5 years of experience Masters Degree: 1 year of experience Ph.D.

or Doctorate Degree: No experience required The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
