About the role

TransForm Automotive, an Amsted Automotive company, is looking for motivated Press Operators to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, being part of a team, and contributing to high-quality automotive components, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is responsible for setting up and operating stamping presses, transfer systems, and feeders while helping us achieve safety, quality, and production goals.

What you’ll do

As a Press Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely.


* Operating stamping presses, transfer systems, feeders, and related equipment


* Assisting with die setups and production changeovers


* Monitoring production and meeting daily output goals


* Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards


* Performing quality checks using fixtures and measurement tools


* Identifying and reporting equipment or quality concerns


* Maintaining accurate production and labeling documentation


* Supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives


* Participating in waste-reduction and process improvement activities


* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles


* Supporting company goals and helping drive operational excellence
