Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Read and follow a company router and perform work as assigned by a Group Leader.Detect and report defective material or questionable conditions to a Group Leader.Work as a team player and communicate work related issues as needed.Perform typical manufacturing operations such as loading and unloading of special machines, assembly operations, wash line and/or tumble tasks, etc.Maintain a clean and orderly work areaComply with safety regulations and procedures.
Skills: Able to work under moderate supervision while following established methods and procedures to perform operations required for successful manufacturing operations.High attention to detail in regards to visual inspection techniques and the use of standard inspection equipment, such as microscopes, go/no-go gauges, red light/green light, etc.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.Ability to stand, sit, or move about the facility.
What you bring: Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment.

Must be able to read, write and conduct business in English with or without reasonable accommodation.Thoroughness: The ability to properly perform quality checks; Focus on accuracy to provide our customers with the best possible experience; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; perform a variety of clerical functions as needed and understand basic math.
