We’re proud to introduce the Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) — a selective development program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduate engineering talent for impactful leadership roles across our U.S.
operations.
Program Overview
The LREP is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX, crafted to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders at Bray.
This program combines real-world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.
You'll rotate through four key business functions:
* Manufacturing Operations
* Technical Product Development
* Product Management
* Sales Execution
Each rotation offers hands-on challenges with real impact — preparing you for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking driven and adaptable engineering graduates ready to jumpstart their careers in a high-growth, global environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems preferred)
* Based in the greater Houston, TX area (or willing to relocate) for the duration of the program
* Open to U.S.
relocation post-program
* Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A results-driven mindset with leadership potential
* Willingness to travel during rotations
