Your day-to-day:


* Reporting to the Laundry Manager, Laundry Supervisor supports the Manager with all the below duties 


* Ensure the smooth functioning of the laundry facility, including receiving, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging of laundry items. 


* Plan and organize workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards. 


* Monitor and control equipment operation, maintenance, and repairs, and coordinate with technical staff when needed. 


* Inspect finished laundry items for cleanliness, stains, damages, or other issues, and take appropriate corrective actions. 


* Monitor the performance of laundry equipment, troubleshoot any problems, and coordinate repairs or replacements. 


* Maintain adequate inventory levels of laundry supplies, detergents, fabric softeners, and other consumables. 


* Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, loss, or theft. 


* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively. 


* Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any laundry-related issues and provide exceptional service to clients. 


* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement proper safety protocols in the laundry facility. 


* Train staff on safe operating procedures, handling of chemicals, and use of personal protective equipment. 


* Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

 


* Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including production reports, inventory records, and maintenance logs.
