Your Day-to-Day

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating an engaging, vibrant and memorable atmosphere for our guests

You will:


* Prepare and serve classic, contemporary and signature cocktails to consistently high standards.


* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, beers, liqueurs, mixers and other beverages.


* Deliver professional, personalized and engaging service that reflects the lifestyle positioning of The Loft.


* Build strong guest relationships and confidently recommend beverages based on guest preferences.


* Contribute creative ideas for cocktails, menus, promotions and beverage activations.


* Stay up to date with international cocktail and lifestyle bar trends.


* Maintain excellent bar presentation, cleanliness, mise en place and operational standards.


* Ensure correct recipes, portion control, stock management and responsible alcohol service.


* Actively support beverage sales through suggestive selling and premium recommendations.


* Support special events, live entertainment, tastings and other F&B activations.


* Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service.


* Support the training and development of junior bar colleagues.


* Follow all IHG, hotel, health, safety and hygiene standards.

What We Need from You


* Minimum 5 years' professional bartending experience.


* Minimum 3 years' experience in international 5-star hotels or recognized premium/lifestyle bars.


* Proven experience in a standalone cocktail, lifestyle or high-volume bar.


* Extensive beverage and mixology knowledge.


* Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.


* Creative mindset with passion for cocktail development and beverage trends.


* Excellent guest engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.


* Strong commercial awareness and upselling skills.


* Excellent English communication skills.


* Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong work ethic.


* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and special events.
