DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director, SC Data, located in New Brunswick, NJ United States.

Job Overview

The Director, Supply Chain Data leads the Data & AI strategy and delivery agenda for the DePuy Synthes Supply Chain function.

Working in close collaboration with Supply Chain business and IT teams, this role translates business needs into a prioritized portfolio of data, analytics, and AI initiatives, manages demand end-to-end, and coordinates with the Global Capability Center (GCC) for scalable delivery.

The Director is the primary connection point between Supply Chain stakeholders, IT partners, and GCC delivery teams - ensuring data products, analytics, and AI capabilities are aligned to business priorities and drive measurable outcomes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and customer service.

The role requires strong business partnership, data leadership, and people leadership to advance data-driven decision making and operational excellence across the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities



* Define and execute the Supply Chain Data & AI strategy in partnership with Supply Chain business and IT leadership, aligned to DePuy Synthes enterprise priorities.



* Work in close collaboration with Supply Chain business and IT teams to understand needs from a Data and AI perspective and translate them into actionable solutions.



* Own end-to-end demand management - intake, prioritization, and governance - for Supply Chain data, analytics, and AI initiatives.



* Coordinate with the GCC to plan, resource, and deliver data products, analytics, and AI capabilities at scale.
