Position Summary

The Customer Technology Lead - International defines and leads the strategy for customer-facing business technology that strengthens strategic customer partnerships and creates competitive differentiation across international markets outside the US .

Acting as the bridge between Commercial, International Strategic Partnerships, IT, enabling technology teams, and strategic customers, the role translates customer business needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions across customer connectivity, automation, APIs, digital integration, and enterprise business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Technology Strategy & Roadmap



* Define and own the International Customer Technology strategy and roadmap



* Identify and prioritize scalable use cases across Order-to-Cash, logistics , inventory visibility, master data, procurement connectivity, and related workflows

Customer Connectivity & Business Integration



* Lead customer connectivity through APIs, automation, digital integration, and scalable business platforms



* Enable stronger business integration with hospitals, hospital groups, health systems, procurement organizations, GPOs, and other strategic customers
