Essential Functions: Performs all the essential functions, duties and responsibilities of a Personal Care Attendant.Schedules Personal Care Assistants and monitors their performance.

Schedules attendants in accordance with tasks assignments within facility.Responds to questions and complaints raised by attendants or by residents and reports issues to Area Supervisor, as appropriate.Regularly monitors attendants in the performance of tasks.Verifies assistants' timesheets.Participates in arranging and conducting orientation in-services for assistants.

Ensures resident services are provided in accordance with task assignments and conforming to Agency policy.

Regularly monitors services being provided.Reports any problems or concerns about services to Area Supervisor.

Maintains after hours communication with site and performs personal care services as required.

Is available by pager and is on call for personal care services at site.Responds to emergency calls and arranges substitutions.Fills in for absent attendants when substitute not available.

Maintains files and records.

Maintains residents' files.Maintains accurate records for monthly billing reports.

Participates in professional growth and development.

Participates in the development of educational programs for assistants.Participates in educational programs appropriate to functions.

Signs an Employee Agreement for the position of Site Supervisor.Fulfills additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary.
