Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Services Total Rewards Analyst, Total Rewards Delivery (TRD), located in Bogotá, Colombia.

The Global Services Total Rewards Analyst will be part of the Total Rewards Delivery (TRD) team, responsible for supporting operational processes across Benefits, Leave Administration, and Compensation.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality operational support through transaction processing, case management, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with established service levels.

Key Responsibilities



* Execute daily operational activities related to Benefits, Leave Administration, and Compensation programs.



* Process employee transactions accurately and timely across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.



* Manage and resolve cases through case management platforms, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.



* Perform system updates, data audits, mass uploads, validations, reconciliations, and reporting activities.



* Investigate and resolve operational issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
