IT Secuirty & Systems Architect

AgroLiquid is seeking an IT Security & Systems Architect to support and strengthen the security of our systems, infrastructure, and data.

This is a fully onsite role based in St.

Johns, Michigan (remote is not available for this position).

As a smaller, team-oriented organization, this role requires strong collaboration across teams.

Success in this position means building relationships, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and being present to support day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with multiple teams across the business, gaining visibility and influence in how security supports company growth.

This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, ownership, and being a key contributor.

Top Key Responsibilities: Security & Access: Oversee system security and access, including user accounts, devices, and network configurationsOperations Monitoring: Maintain and monitor security tools such as endpoint protection, IAM systems, and cloud security platformsIncident Response: Respond to and triage security alerts, including coordinating incident response, escalation, communications, documentation, initial containment, post incident actions, and lessons learned.Vulnerability Management: Maintain cybersecurity roadmap inputs for vulnerability management, asset management, configuration standards, system hardening, technical controls, and security program maturity.Asset & Configuration Management: Evaluate, assess, recommend, design, deploy, and govern current and future technology architecture to improve user experience, expand security controls, and support integration needs.User Experience: Lead security awareness training and help build a culture of security across the organization.
