(Times May Vary) - (DAYS) Base Location: Lawrenceville, GA - (Hybrid/Remote in GA) - Gwinnett/Rockdale/Newton/Clayton Counties Division/Department/Program: Administration / Human Resources / Performance and Experience Full-time X Part-time PRN Exempt X Nonexempt The HR Administrator - (Performance and Experience) is a key member of the Human Resources leadership support team.

This position is responsible for owning and administering the organization's employee relations and performance management functions, while providing high-level administrative and operational support to assigned areas, and the HR and Senior HR Leadership Team.

The position serves as a trusted HR resource to team members and leaders, helping ensure consistent application of HR policies, effective performance management practices, timely resolution of employee relations matters, and a positive employee experience through the employee relations, performance management process, and engagement programming.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential employee information and sensitive workplace matters in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Duties & Responsibilities: Employee Relations Serve as an HR resource to employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.

Assist the HR Director and Senior Director of HR with investigations involving employee complaints, workplace conflicts, policy violations, attendance, conduct, and other employee relations concerns.

Maintain appropriate documentation and confidential records related to employee relations matters.

Partner with managers to promote fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices.

Assist with corrective action, coaching, disciplinary documentation, performance improvement plans, and other employment actions.

Escalate complex or high-risk employee relations matters to the appropriate HR leader.

Help identify recurring employee relations trends and provide information and recommendations to HR leadership.

Promote a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace culture.

Performance Management Coordinate and administer all segments of the organization's performance management process.

Support managers and employees with performance planning, goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and performance improvement processes.

Monitor performance management deadlines and follow up with appropriate leaders to ensure timely completion.

Assist HR leadership in developing performance management communications, resources, templates, and manager guidance.
