DESCRIPTION

The Planning Associate (Federal) will support planning projects across the U.S.

and overseas for U.S.

Department of Defense clients, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Space Force.

The ideal candidate will be driven, intellectually curious, and committed to excellence.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience working with the U.S.

Department of Defense, analytical skills, knowledge of planning concepts, and the ability to travel on-site to client locations in the U.S.

and overseas.

The Planning Associate (Federal) will work on multidisciplinary teams within the Federal Planning Practice to support our projects and should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Projects may include master planning, facilitation and charrettes, facility utilization studies, requirements analyses, facility programming, and planning standards/DD Form 1391 development.

This position will include interfacing with stakeholders onsite and through virtual meetings, preparing reports and documents, providing deliverables in a timely manner, and handling multiple tasks at one time.

Candidates should demonstrate their ability to effectively communicate regarding data needs, priorities, and support matters.

Required qualifications:
