Job Description:

This senior role is part of the HPE Hybrid Cloud Strategy organization, which is responsible for end-to-end go-to-market strategy and operations for GreenLake Marketplace and HPE software offers on hyperscaler marketplaces.

The role will define and scale a strategic growth platform for HPE by expanding consumption of HPE-owned IP and third-party AI software partner solutions for HPE Private Cloud customers.

This leader will establish the strategic direction for marketplace GTM programs across HPE's growing AI software partner ecosystem, including the commercial motions, operating model, and execution framework that enable partners to reach Private Cloud customers through modern marketplace commerce and experiences.

The role combines strategy, portfolio management, executive stakeholder engagement, and operational execution to deliver measurable outcomes with software partners, customers, hyperscalers, and enterprise sales teams.

HPE is seeking a senior Marketplace Development leader to own the design and delivery of GTM programs aligned to the HPE Unleash AI partner ecosystem.

This cross-functional role requires strategic judgment, senior stakeholder influence, and the operational discipline to drive alignment across sales, business development, marketing, finance, legal, product, and partner management teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in hyperscaler cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with demonstrated experience building and scaling GTM programs that convert marketplace investments into revenue growth.

The candidate should have a strong track record of developing strategic business-development programs, influencing executive stakeholders across organizations, and operating effectively at portfolio scale.

Success in this role requires the ability to lead ambiguous, high-growth initiatives, establish repeatable operating models, and drive decisions through data, executive communication, and cross-functional alignment.
