What You'll Do:


* Provide exceptional nursing care to residents


* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs


* Responding to changes in resident conditions and ensuring quality outcomes


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Advocate for residents and provide compassionate, person-centered care

What We're Looking For:


* Current California RN license


* Strong clinical and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach


* Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
