Work You'll Do

As a Senior Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams


* Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness


* Ensuring requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams


* Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables


* Coordinating prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies


* Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness


* Managing project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact
