Home Health and Hospice Speech-Language Pathologist-PRN

Westminster Canterbury Richmond at Home is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist for Home Health and Hospice to provide speech/language pathology and audiology services and ongoing assessment and evaluation of functioning for skilled patients.

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides education and consultation with the patient/family and other organizational personnel.

Accurately document evaluation and treatments provided.
