Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* This resource will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support


* This role will perform analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software


* This role prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements


* This role will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application


* This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application


* This role provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care


* On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization
