Key Responsibilities:

This role is part of the Digital & Commercial Innovation team, focused on enabling an insights-driven commercial ecosystem that accelerates data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across J&J MedTech.

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics & AI will lead key commercial analytics workstreams and shape the data products, measurement frameworks, analytics solutions, and Agentic AI capabilities used across Marketing, Sales, Professional Education, and other commercial functions.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, data science, and external vendors to translate strategic business questions into measurable analytics plans, create AI-ready data assets, automate and maintain data pipelines, and deliver scalable solutions that improve insight generation, optimization, and business productivity.
