Job Summary The Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, technology enablement, and strategic execution across Kind Lending.

This role partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to plan, execute, and deliver projects that align with company priorities, regulatory requirements, and our people-first culture.This is an ideal role for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong foundation in mortgage banking who enjoys turning ideas into action and thrives in an environment where collaboration, accountability, and forward momentum matter.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery from intake and discovery through implementation and post-launch review.Manage enterprise and departmental initiatives related to operations, technology, data, reporting, compliance, and process improvement.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable project plans.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs.Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and change impacts; drive mitigation and resolution.Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and leadership.Apply project management methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent delivery.Support change management, documentation, communication, and training efforts.Ensure projects align with mortgage banking regulations, internal controls, and governance standards.Provide clear, concise status reporting and executive-level communication.

Project Leadership & Collaboration Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented project environment.Mentor team members on project standards, documentation, and delivery expectations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and philosophies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).Demonstrated experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.Strong working knowledge of mortgage banking operations, systems, and workflows.Excellent written and verbal c...
