Hospice Receptionist

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of our Receptionist is to facilitate the communications functions of our hospice and to provide clerical support.

A Day in the Life: You will facilitate the communications system which includes mail distribution, phone system, memo, incoming calls, documents and disseminates appropriate messages.Provide clerical support which includes preparation of admission, orientation and new hire packets, monitoring and ordering office supplies and forms, special projects, filing and copying.Promotes the agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families, physicians and community agencies.Offer the best in customer service when directing calls and assisting others.Providing computer support and data entry.Communicate with patients/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintain confidentiality.
