Dental Assistant Brockton, MA Passion Dental Passion Dental is seeking an energetic, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team at Brockton.

The primary role of the Dental Assistant is to support clinicians in delivering theRelationship Practice Experience (RPE), thereby fostering Patients for Life (PFL).

Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties to ensure efficient, high-quality dental treatment while creating a positive experience for every patient.

Dental Assistants must collaborate effectively with co-workers, specialty dental assistants, patients, and front office staff by communicating constructively and positively.

Successful Dental Assistants actively listen, consider feedback objectively, maintain commitments, keep others informed of work progress, and address problems constructively to identify practical solutions.

If assigned to specialty areas, including Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, or Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Assistants will primarily support clinicians within that specialty and may require additional training.

Responsibilities Support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care and the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE)Assist doctors during a variety of dental treatment proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient careSterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and infection control standardsTake dental radiographs as permitted by state regulationsProvide pre- and post-operative patient educationMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentationEnsure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stockedSupport restorative, surgical, preventive, and specialty proceduresCollaborate effectively with doctors, hygienists, specialists, and front office team membersContribute to a positive, patient-centered office environmentFollow all company policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols Why Join Passion Dental?
