Tech Packages Summer Scholar


* This Summer Scholar is a technology professional who supports clients in the effective implementation and operation of technology packages.

Demonstrates curiosity and problem-solving skills to assist with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Additional responsibilities include user training, data migration, upgrade management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication-leveraging technical and business insights to ensure technology packages are configured, maintained, and optimized to meet client needs.
