Work You'll Do
As a Project Consultant, Senior Transportation Analyst you will:
* Develop, interpret, and oversee defense-wide transportation policies and regulatory frameworks
* Apply deep technical knowledge of the Defense Transportation System (DTS) and defense Transportation and Traffic Management policies.
* Support senior leaders in commercial transportation industry engagement and collaborate with senior leaders across defense, OMB, NSC, and other federal agencies.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of transportation functions and recommend actions to enhance military effectiveness, economy, and uniformity across operations.
* Conduct data analysis, reporting, and category management to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
* Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements to reduce redundancy and costs.
